This is a full-time remote role. This role requires working closely with prospects and clients, leveraging deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of Talos, Omni, Kubernetes, and the cloud-native landscape. This role demands a strong client-facing presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of Talos, Omni, and Kubernetes, assisting clients with architecture and deployment in cloud, edge, and on-premise environments.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to drive the sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales, including thoughtful / custom demos and technical solutions, understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Enterprise Sales Process: Guide clients through technical evaluations (POCs), trials, and product demonstrations in enterprise environments, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Continuously identify ways to add value through customized solutions aligned with client goals.
• Project Delivery: Ensure organized, on-time project delivery, tracking progress and maintaining client communication.
• Independence & Responsibility: Work autonomously within a growing company, taking on significant responsibility.

Requirements

• Talos & Omni Expertise: Knowledgeable in all things Talos and Omni.
• Cloud Native Knowledge: Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, including storage options and networking in cloud, edge and on-prem environments..
• Flexible Availability: Must be available for meetings covering various Time Zones to accommodate global clients.
• SaaS Sales Experience: Proven experience managing client relationships and SaaS sales cycles.
• Relationship Building: Excellent client management skills and a track record of building trust, with a passion for learning client challenges and offering the best solutions.
• Organized & Delivery-Oriented: Highly organized with a focus on timely, successful project delivery.
• Independent: Comfortable in a startup environment with autonomy and ownership.
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
